Got MILK?

Anyone who knows me knows i LOVE ice cream. It's been a tough week without any dairy or soy(things i eat include:salads, veggies, fruits, almond milk, natural PB), but this little experiment has brought me back to the basics of healthy eating. I consume far less sugar and processed snacks than before and actually feel a lot better inside. Liam is responding well with less relfux, is sleeping better and generally more content. I'm thrilled this is working but it means i will be on this diet for a few more months. No Malt Shoppe for me this summer =(
